Our delivery system allows us to give you updates as to where your order is in our delivery process and schedule. So whether you need a scheduled delivery or a same day fill-in delivery, you can count on us to get it to your job site safely.
We will gladly accept returns or correct any quality problems on all merchandise purchased from our company within the past 90 days. Upon verification that the merchandise was purchased from our company, we will exchange it, return or repair the merchandise as long as the product is not defaced, is not without its original packaging.
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the amount you paid for the item. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
All Special Order (non-stock) merchandise may be ordered for you with a minimum of 50% down at time of order, with the balance due prior to or on delivery of such goods and services. Returns of non-stock merchandise are subject to applicable return charges (if any) and terms as per specific supplier. Sorry--no returns on anything custom ordered for you.
